Hi Christina,
I guess you could say I am a casual user of mudras. When you are in class next, I will be glad to show you a few and what their benefits would be.

I knew before that yoga is one form of exercise that helps us to improve our overall health and appearance as well through meditation. But as I read this post, I never thought that meditation can be done through the help of Mala Beads and Mantra, I am looking forward that I will be able to learn yoga with these help.
